Housekeeping Helper

We are looking for a Housekeeping Helper to join our team at Azba Studio to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹2000 - ₹10000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete cleanliness of the studio including floors, trial rooms, racks, counters, mirrors, and washrooms.

• Carry out daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sanitizing of all areas.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the day—especially during rush hours and peak customer flow.

• Assist in keeping shelves, clothing racks, and display areas neat and presentable at all times.

• Help with steaming, ironing, and preparing outfits for display or customer trials.

• Support staff in unpacking, sorting, folding, and organizing clothes and accessories.

• Serve water/tea/coffee to customers and guests when required.

• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory and managing store materials.

• Help with store opening and closing duties—arranging displays, cleaning counters, shutting down sections, etc.

• Run small in-store errands as requested by the team or management.

• Follow proper hygiene and safety practices while handling cleaning agents and equipment.

• Maintain discipline, respect store rules, and ensure professional behaviour with staff and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cleaner/helper in a retail store or boutique (preferred, not mandatory).

• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.

• Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.

• Physically fit to lift light items, move racks, and perform cleaning tasks.

• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.

• Should be polite and well-behaved with customers and team members.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to studio procedures and expectations.

Salary & Timing

• Salary: Will be discussed based on experience and skills (as per company standards).

• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).

• Weekly Off: Sunday.

• The employee may be required to work extra hours during festivals, sales, and special events.
