Position OverviewThe Housekeeping Attendant at Country Inn Premier plays a key role in delivering a warm, comfortable, and meticulously clean environment for our guests. This position ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s premium hygiene and presentation standards while supporting an exceptional guest experience consistent with Country Inn Premier’s brand values.Key Responsibilities1. Guest Room Cleaning & MaintenanceClean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to Country Inn Premier’s brand standards and daily room assignment.Ensure spotless bathrooms, crisp linens, neatly arranged amenities, and a welcoming room setup.Replenish room supplies, guest amenities, and minibar items (if applicable).Immediately report maintenance concerns, lost & found items, or unusual room conditions.2. Public Area CleanlinessMaintain high cleanliness standards in corridors, elevators, lobbies, restrooms, and other designated public areas.Ensure all public areas reflect the hotel’s premium hospitality image at all times.Keep housekeeping pantries and trolleys organized, stocked, and clean.3. Guest Interaction & ServiceRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests such as extra linens, amenities, or special cleaning needs.Respect guest privacy, safety, and comfort—adhering to “Do Not Disturb” and security protocols.Deliver service with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude in line with Country Inn Premier’s guest service culture.4. Operational EfficiencyFollow proper cleaning procedures, chemical usage guidelines, and safety standards set by the hotel.Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.Assist with laundry, deep cleaning schedules, and special cleaning projects as required.Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, linen usage, and report damages as needed.QualificationsPrior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred.Understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and guest service etiquette.Good communication skills and professional presentation.Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift, push, and move housekeeping equipment, linen bags, and supplies (approximately 10–15 kg).Key Competencies (Brand-Aligned)Attention to Detail – Ensuring every room reflects the hotel’s premium standards.Guest-Centric Approach – Warm, courteous, and responsive interaction.Reliability & Discipline – Punctuality, consistency, and adherence to SOPs.Teamwork – Collaborative support within the housekeeping team.Professional Grooming – Maintaining the clean, polished appearance expected at Country Inn Premier.
