📌 Warehouse Executive – Operations Duties

Cab Loading & Unloading Documentation

Prepare and verify unloading documents for inbound cabs/trucks.

Maintain accurate records of cab loading for outbound shipments.

Ensure proper acknowledgement of delivery/dispatch slips.

Cross-check invoices, challans, e-way bills, and GRNs.

Daily Operations & Routine Work

Monitor daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).

Ensure all activities are carried out as per SOPs and timelines.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for smooth flow.

Track and resolve operational challenges (delays, damages, shortages).

Inventory Management

Conduct daily/weekly stock counts and cycle counts.

Maintain real-time stock accuracy in WMS/ERP.

Reconcile physical stock with system stock.

Highlight discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

Audit & Compliance

Assist in preparing and maintaining audit schedules.

Ensure all documents (inward, outward, stock registers) are updated for audits.

Support internal/external audits with required reports and files.

Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Excel & Reporting

Prepare daily MIS reports (inward, outward, stock, utilization).

Maintain dashboards for management review.

Use Excel formulas for data analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, etc.).

Track KPIs such as turnaround time, stock accuracy, dispatch accuracy.

Team Handling

Supervise loaders, pickers, and warehouse helpers.

Allocate tasks and monitor performance.

Train new staff on SOPs, safety, and documentation.

Maintain discipline and resolve team issues.

Operational Challenges & Problem Solving

Handle vehicle delays, material damages, and mismatch issues.

Coordinate with transporters/customers for dispute resolution.

Ensure minimal downtime in loading/unloading.

Escalate critical issues to management with proper analysis.
