Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, manpower management, and maintaining safety standards to ensure smooth warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and dispatch.

• Monitor workforce productivity, assign tasks, and ensure shift targets are met.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs for inventory handling, packaging, and shipping.

• Maintain real-time inventory records and coordinate with inventory control and procurement teams.

• Identify process improvement areas and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.

• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and positive work environment.

• Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, hand jacks).

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders with a focus on reducing error rates.

• Implement and enforce health & safety guidelines and company policies.

• Collaborate with transport and logistics teams for last-mile delivery execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business).

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

• Experience in handling WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and inventory software.
