Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of our department/team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

• Oversee and guide team members, providing training, coaching, and feedback.

• Monitor employee performance and productivity, and implement improvement plans when necessary.

• Delegate tasks and set clear performance expectations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Address and resolve staff or operational issues promptly.

• Report progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement to upper management.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, work output, and performance.

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in some industries).

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Knowledge of industry-specific procedures and safety regulations (if applicable).

• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
