Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
Oversee daily pickups and warehouse movement. Make sure both first-mile and last-mile operations run smoothly without delays.
Performance & OTIF Tracking
Monitor key metrics daily like pickup success rate, picker app usage, vehicle efficiency, attempted vs picked orders, cancellations, reschedules, and false remarks. Share daily reports without fail.
Compliance & Escalation Handling
Manage issues with local vendors, 3PL partners, and manpower agencies. Ensure team compliance with KYC documentation and operational checks.
Capacity & Growth Planning
Prepare for volume spikes and seasonal peaks. Conduct stress tests to ensure the system is ready to handle extra load without breakdowns.
Admin & Financial Coordination
Manage petty cash, manpower payouts, shift scheduling, and vendor billing. Ensure smooth rostering and incentive distribution.
Inventory & Warehouse Control
Keep track of inward and outward material movement. Coordinate with linehaul, control shrinkage, prevent pilferage, and maintain proper packaging of working materials.
Qualification & Experience
Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MBA (preferably in Supply Chain)
Experience: 3–4 years in logistics/warehousing roles in fast-paced setups like BigBasket, Blinkit, Shadowfax, Delhivery, Zepto, etc.
Designation: Should be at least at the Assistant Manager level or above.
Skills Required
Excel: Comfortable using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Macros.
Tech Knowledge: Should know how to prepare reports and presentations in MS Word & PowerPoint.
Analytical Ability: Should think with data, find solutions fast, and handle problems logically.
Communication: Must speak fluent English. Knowing the local language is a plus for smooth field coordination.

High-Pressure Handling: Should be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
