1. Warehouse Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
2. Team Leadership
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Train and develop team members on warehouse systems, safety, and operational standards.
Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation.
3. Inventory Control
Oversee daily stock movements and reconcile physical and system inventory.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for stock replenishment.
4. Safety & Compliance
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and report incidents promptly.
5. Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize space utilization.
Monitor and report key warehouse KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy).
Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP enhancements.
