Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain daily stock records and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to update stock movement.
Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Billing & Documentation:
Assist in Generating invoices and delivery challans using billing software
Ensure all dispatches are documented.
General Operations & Reporting:
Assist in daily operations related to logistics, dispatch, and customer support.
Prepare sales and stock reports for management review.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
Key Skills Required:
Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
Knowledge of billing and invoicing
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or similar tools
Ability to multitask and handle operational issues efficiently
