Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching, and stock control).
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage/wastage.
Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable grocery items.
Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and store managers for timely supply of goods.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards in the warehouse.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement and warehouse performance.
Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management.
Experience in managing perishable and grocery stock.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / warehouse management software.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in warehouse management (preferably in grocery/FMCG sector).
