Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a keen watch on all inward, outward, and inventory transactions with accurate record-keeping.

• Supervise receiving, packing, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and systematic storage of goods.

• Train and guide warehouse staff on correct handling procedures, including hazardous materials.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure only approved products are dispatched.

• Update receipts, stock movements, and inventory records promptly in the system.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics operations (experience in CFA/3PL operations preferred).

• Strong monitoring skills with attention to detail for inward, outward & inventory control.

• Proficiency in SAP / MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) and inventory management systems.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management abilities.
