Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. Preference will be given to candidates located in or around Bhiwandi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch, and storage.

• Ensure efficient space utilization and optimal stock placement.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure periodic stock audits.

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee training and performance.

• Implement safety and security procedures in compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth supply chain flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Excel.

• Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth daily functioning.

• Should be familiar with local transportation/logistics challenges.

• Candidates residing in Bhiwandi or nearby areas preferred
