Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our on-ground operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment and maintenance of our battery-swapping stations, leading field teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with a background in operations management, preferably within the EV or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery.

- Recruit, train, and supervise field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities.

- Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency.

- Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.

- Ensure all field operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

- Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to align operational activities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, , or a related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the Electric Vehicle, automotive, or renewable energy sectors.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.

- Willingness to travel frequently to various operational sites.
