Qualifications, Skills & Experience.

• Minimum 4/5 years Experienced required of Inventory management.

• Candidates who have worked in Automobile Sector – Inventory & Stores Management, Cranes, Construction Equipment Industry, Forklifts will be preferred.

• Completed Knowledge required of GST, Eway Bill Issuance.

• Thorough Use & Knowledge of Tally Prime Software.

• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

• Diploma & Degree in Mechanical Engineering background can apply.

• Timely Verification of Stock Items in Books with Physical in Stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To receive the indents & process for Order Issuance to Multiple Vendors including

• Local & Import.

• Get Quotations from Multiple Vendors, compare & issue PO for the required Spares.

• Tally the received Items with PO placed to vendor.

• Inward all items vide GRN

• Issue all items to Maintenance Department with Proper Documentations.

• Monitoring inventory levels of Consumable spare Parts.

• Maintain an accurate inventory count of all spare parts consumed – MIS.

• Assist dispatch function in picking and packing.

• Develop of alternative local sources for spares parts to reduce the Cost & improve

• delivery time.

• Follow up with Vendors for Replacement or refunds of Faulty Items Received.

• Reporting day-to-day activity to the manager at the end of the day.

• Coordinate for queries raised by Maintenance dept.

• Reconciliation of inventory

• Best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
