Manage and control inventory of two-wheeler spare parts.
Receive, check, and store incoming parts and accessories.
Issue parts to the service department/workshop as per job requirements.
Maintain proper stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Regularly update stock records in ERP/software or manual registers.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and procurement.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of parts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Handle warranty parts and returns as per company policy.
Assist walk-in customers and sales team with spare part requirements.
