ob Title: Junior Warehouse Executive

Department: Logistics / Warehouse

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Manager

Job Purpose:

Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory records to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Inspection

   • Assist in receiving incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality as per purchase orders.

   • Record goods received in the warehouse system.

2. Storage & Organization

   • Properly store items in designated locations.

   • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse.

3. Inventory Management

   • Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation.

   • Update inventory records accurately in ERP or stock register.

4. Order Picking & Dispatch

   • Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch as per orders.

   • Assist in coordinating with logistics/courier for timely shipment.

5. Documentation

   • Maintain accurate documentation of all inward and outward goods.

   • Prepare necessary dispatch and stock transfer documents.

6. Compliance & Safety

   • Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company SOPs.

   • Report damages, shortages, or safety hazards promptly.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Good communication & teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / ERP preferred).

• Physically fit to handle routine warehouse activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th pass or Diploma / Graduate in any stream.

• 0–2 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations (freshers can apply).

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment (standing, moving, lifting moderately heavy items).

• Shift work may be required depending on operations.
