Job Overview: We are looking for a Spare Parts Executive who can independently manage the spare parts store operations for our construction equipment division. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the spare parts inventory system, conducting daily audits, processing invoices, and generating analytical reports to ensure smooth and efficient spare parts management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Setup & Organization: Establish and organize the spare parts store from scratch, including layout planning, bin labeling, and stock categorization.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor reorder points, and ensure availability of essential parts.
• System Management: Maintain records and stock transactions through Zoho Inventory or customized ERP systems.
• Conduct daily physical audits and reconciliation of spare parts.
• Process spare parts invoices, issue materials, and maintain proper documentation.
• Generate and review inventory movement reports, consumption reports, and stock alert reports.
• Coordination: Work closely with service, procurement, and accounts teams for accurate billing, part identification, and timely replenishment
. • Vendor & Customer Support: Assist in sourcing new parts, managing supplier relationships, and handling internal or client related spare parts inquiries.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular MIS reports on spare parts movement, stock health, and discrepancies to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–3 years in spare parts or inventory management (preferably in construction equipment, automobile, or heavy machinery industry).
• Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical or Electrical background preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory or custom ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control, reordering systems, audits, and report generation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
