Position:  Store / Inventory Executive

•             Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and policies to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of inventory data.

·         Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the stores.

·         Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.

·         To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO).

·         Responsible for the efficient lay outing of the stores.

·         Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and all other relevant metrics.

·         Coordinate with the sales and production department to ensure accurate forecasting of shipment schedules.

·         Maintaining a proper record of dockets, and supporting documents related to the dispatch or receiving of the goods.

·         Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

·         To manage and train the store team.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, B.Tech, Business admin, supply chain management, or related field

·         Proficient in MS Office, and Tally.

·         Experience in other inventory softwares is desirable.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Experience with inventory management software and systems.

·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.
