Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, organize, and safeguard all confidential and sensitive documents related to the Managing Director.

• Prepare, review, and maintain important files such as legal papers, contracts, board documents, financial summaries, and strategic reports.

• Draft and manage official correspondence, letters, and emails on behalf of the MD.

• Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and digital) for high-level and confidential records.

• Ensure timely retrieval of documents and maintain proper version control and confidentiality protocols.

• Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders only when needed to relay or collect critical information for the MD.

• Track and follow up on important communications or action points shared by the MD.

• Manage the MD’s calendar only with respect to high-level meetings and documentation reviews.

• Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all documentation and communication reaching the MD.

• Ensure complete discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity at all times.

• Strong interpersonal presence — must be confident and know how to get work done through others with tact and authority.
