Job Overview:

Mithila Paints Pvt Limited is looking for a dedicated Warehouse and Dispatch Officer to manage warehouse operations and dispatch activities at our Udaipur facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, accurate inventory management, and timely dispatch of paint products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and inventory of raw materials and finished paint products.

• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse to ensure easy accessibility of goods.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.

• Implement and adhere to safety protocols for the handling and storage of paint products.

Dispatch Operations:

• Coordinate the dispatch of products in line with delivery schedules and customer requirements.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

• Supervise loading activities to ensure accurate and damage-free deliveries.

• Track shipments and manage logistics to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Inventory and Stock Control:

• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.

• Maintain records of inbound and outbound goods using inventory management systems.

• Handle inventory discrepancies by investigating and implementing corrective actions.

Team Coordination:

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks for seamless operations.

• Coordinate with production and sales teams to align dispatch schedules with order priorities.

• Train team members in warehouse processes and safety practices.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Generate reports on inventory levels, dispatch metrics, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and dispatch operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

• Proficiency in inventory management.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling paint products or similar industrial goods is an advantage.

• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
