Purpose of the Role

To efficiently manage warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining operational efficiency, safety standards, and adherence to service level commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in line with customer service standards and SLA requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch of goods.

• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock handling.

• Maintain compliance with basic safety and security procedures.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory management.

• Proven experience handling warehouse documentation and inventory tracking.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of basic safety and security standards.

• Proficiency in stock handling and record-keeping.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters and vendors.
