Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control. The role ensures smooth workflow, accuracy in stock management, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound & outbound operations: receiving, unloading, checking, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

• Ensure timely order processing and coordination with logistics/transportation teams.

• Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain systematic storage.

• Handle returns, damages, and replacement processes efficiently.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer support teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock, dispatch, and operations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (FMCG, E-commerce, Manufacturing preferred).

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS systems.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
