The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of spare parts to ensure timely availability for internal service departments and customers. Receive and process spare parts requests from service teams and customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records in systems.
Ensure the timely procurement of parts from suppliers.
Coordinate with the logistics team for shipping, delivery, and receiving of parts.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment to avoid shortages.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and take action as needed.
Provide quotations, pricing, and part availability information to customers.
Assist in the development of promotional strategies for spare parts.
Handle warranty and return claims with suppliers.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, consumption trends, and sales performance.
