Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Warehouse In-Charge to manage the movement, storage, and inventory accuracy of materials within our facility. The role includes physical handling of materials, cycle counting, and ensuring smooth material flow to support production and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle, move, and store materials safely within the warehouse or production area.

• Perform cycle counting and assist with periodic physical inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.

• Organize and maintain warehouse areas for efficient material flow.

• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety standards.

• Support production teams by ensuring timely availability of materials.

• Identify and report material discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement in ERP/WMS systems.

• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in material handling is a plus.

• Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

• Knowledge of cycle counting and physical inventory processes.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (as per safety standards).

• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Environment

• Physical role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment.

• Warehouse or production floor setting with adherence to safety guidelines.
