Key Responsibilities

• Parcel Sorting:

  • Sort incoming shipments based on pin codes and delivery routes.

  • Ensure accurate placement of parcels for dispatch.

• Scanning & Tagging:

  • Use handheld devices or mobile apps to scan and update parcel status.

  • Verify package details before handover to delivery executives.

• Load Management:

  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

  • Organize parcels to optimize delivery efficiency.

• Inventory Support:

  • Help maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies.

  • Support daily parcel count and reconciliation.

• Compliance & Safety:

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for parcel handling.

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at the hub.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

• Skills:

  • Basic understanding of logistics operations

  • Physical fitness for lifting/moving parcels

  • Familiarity with scanning devices (preferred)

  • Punctuality and teamwork
