About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management to support our e-commerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating with sellers, and ensuring accurate and high-quality product presentation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Agribegri.com, etc.).

• Ensure product accuracy including pricing, specifications, descriptions, and images.

• Communicate with sellers to collect required listing details, documents, and product information.

• Monitor listing performance and update content as needed to improve visibility and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for listing corrections, approvals, and content enhancement.

• Track and report listing errors, incomplete product details, or compliance failures.

• Maintain listing spreadsheets and documentation for internal records.

• Resolve listing-related issues such as inactive listings, product mismatch, or duplicate listings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Management, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field preferred).

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online product listing.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
