Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.

• Coordinate with transport vendors, fleet owners, and drivers for smooth logistics operations.

• Plan and optimize transport routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all transport and customs regulations related to CHA operations.

• Manage documentation for import/export shipments, including BL, DO, and customs clearance papers.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and trip expenses.

• Resolve transport-related issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and customer complaints.

• Negotiate transport rates with vendors and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Liaise with port authorities, customs officials, and clients to ensure seamless transportation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
