Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize truck operations, maintain strong relationships with truck owners and brokers, and ensure smooth logistics execution across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day FTL operations, including allocation of trucks, route planning, and scheduling.

• Maintain and update a robust database of truck owners, brokers, and transporters across India.

• Assess & negotiate truck hire rates based on distance, vehicle type, capacity, and market conditions.

• Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Pune’s industrial belt and key stakeholders.

• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Keep accurate records of freight movements, vehicle availability, and pricing trends.

• Support management in strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights on operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FTL logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of India’s geography, truck types, capacities, and cost structures.

• Proven negotiation skills with truck owners, brokers, and service providers.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

• Strong rapport with Pune industrial clients and transport networks.

• Proficiency in MS Office, logistics management software, and data handling.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
