Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Transportation Manager to oversee and coordinate our daily transportation operations. The Transportation Manager will be responsible for planning routes, managing drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing transportation costs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and transportation procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize transportation budgets and expenses.

2. Supervise a team of drivers and logistics personnel.

3. Monitor transportation metrics and KPIs to improve performance and efficiency.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

5. Implement safety and quality control procedures for transportation activities.

Qualification:

1. Proven experience as a Transportation Manager or similar role.

2. Excellent knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.

3. Proficiency in transportation management software and systems.

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
