Responsibilities and Duties:
• Knowledge of Transport Operation (Trailers/Trucks) with focus on efficient fleet management.
• Track vehicles through GPS and guide Trailer drivers as per company policies.
• Capable for Cost Management & Route Expenses (Rate Analysis, Tyre & Fuel, MIS & reporting
on day to day basis)
• Maintain All Details related to billing parties and Payment Structure. Timely payments is
critical task which has to be adhere.
• Tracking the running expenses of Vehicles.
• Transport planning and route optimization.
• Responsible to track the vehicle data for future maintenance, insurance as per in assigned
timeline.
• Developing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process
operations and assisting in critical decision-making process.
• Trend analysis of key vehicle attributes (Fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance, tyre utilization,
breakdowns and accidents).
