We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team at at Candor Foods Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track inbound and outbound material movement within the factory and warehouse.

• Monitor vehicle entry, exit, and trip schedules for dispatches and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of loading, unloading, and material transfer.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure proper documentation of gate passes, challans, GRNs, and dispatch records.

• Use tracking systems/software (if applicable) for real-time monitoring of vehicle movement.

• Escalate delays, discrepancies, or issues in material/vehicle tracking to supervisors.

• Support compliance with food safety and factory safety standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on material and vehicle movement.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
