Job Description:
We are looking for a supervisor with strong experience in recruitment for transport and warehousing operations, along with a good understanding of HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for transport and warehouse staff (drivers, loaders, pickers, packers, etc.)

• Coordinate attendance management and ensure accurate data submission for payroll processing.

• Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and documentation.

• Support in payroll coordination, leave management, and other HR operational activities.

• Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure manpower requirements are met.

• Monitor workforce discipline, attendance, and daily operational activities at the site.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly manpower and attendance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within transport or warehousing sector.

• Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll processes, and MS Excel.

• Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.
