We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our inventory and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, organize the store layout, and work closely with procurement and operations to meet supply demands in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, supplies, and equipment.

• Ensure proper storage and tagging of items in accordance with safety and organizational standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.

• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management.

• Issue materials and supplies to internal departments or customers as requested.

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the purchasing department.

• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health and safety standards in the store.

• Assist in preparing reports on inventory status, consumption, and forecast needs.

• Coordinate with vendors and transport companies for timely delivery and dispatch.

• Perform administrative tasks related to store operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/certificate in storekeeping, inventory management, or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a store keeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role.

• Working knowledge of inventory and warehouse management software (e.g., ERP systems).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
