Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of fire safety equipment and materials (e.g., extinguishers, hoses, detectors, alarms, valves, panels).
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of sensitive or hazardous materials as per safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment and deliveries.
Prepare and maintain documents such as GRNs, delivery notes, and stock registers.
Support project and service teams with timely dispatch and return of tools and materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
