Job Title: Sales Manager – Logistics & Freight Solutions
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities across freight forwarding (Ocean, Air), warehousing, and contract logistics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across industries such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, and e-commerce.
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, pipeline building, and target achievement.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service level agreements in line with company policy.
Prepare customized solutions for customers by collaborating with internal departments like operations, pricing, and customer service.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide insights and drive business strategy.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback to senior management.
Participate in client visits, logistics expos, and industry events for business development and brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5–10 years in sales/business development in logistics, freight forwarding, or SCM domain.
Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics); MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of freight, warehousing, and 3PL solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Goal-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
Language: Fluent in English and local language(s).
Preferred Background:
Previous experience with companies like DHL, Blue Dart, Gati, Delhivery, FedEx, or other reputed 3PL/logistics providers.
Familiarity with domestic and international logistics practices, pricing, and compliance.
