DDGN Logistics is a growing International Shipping and Sourcing company offering comprehensive global logistics solutions — including air and sea freight forwarding, customs clearance, import/export handling, and global sourcing support.

We are expanding our operations and looking for a Freight Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding and sourcing.

• Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closing deals.

• Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, and manufacturers to ensure repeat business.

• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, operations, and documentation to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipelines.

• Stay updated on global freight trends, competitor pricing, and trade regulations.

• Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals to clients.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding / international logistics sales.

• Strong understanding of air and sea freight operations, pricing, and documentation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve targets and manage customer relationships.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Education

• Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Trade.

• MBA or PG Diploma in Logistics / International Business (preferred).
