Role Overview:
We are hiring Sales Representatives who are passionate, energetic, and eager to grow in the agro industry.
🔹 First 2 Months: Training Period – No Salary
🔹 Commission-Based Earnings from Day 1
🔹 After Training: Performance-based roles with increased responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard agro suppliers/buyers
Promote OBAOL’s services and trading tools
Close commodity deals and support network growth
Share daily insights and leads with the core team
Be the face of OBAOL in your region
Who Can Apply:
Freshers/Experienced sales professionals
Strong interest in agro trade & business development
Self-driven, reliable, and good at communication
Field sales experience is a plus, not mandatory
Compensation:
No fixed salary for the first 2 months (training)
Commission on every sale/deal closed (active from Day 1)
Growth to leadership/core team roles based on performance
