• Facilitate smooth onboarding and joining formalities at the site level.

🚗 Field Visits & Coordination

• Regular visits to hiring locations, vendor offices, and deployment sites.

• Coordinate with area managers, training teams, and admin for joining support.

• Build strong rapport with local employment networks and institutions.
