Key Responsibilities
Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects.
Tender & Contract Management:
Assist in preparing tender documents, analyze costings, and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
Financial Control:
Monitor and control project budgets, manage financial risks, and process payment applications and variations.
Project Monitoring:
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and verify budgets and timelines.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on project financial status and progress to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, architects, interior designers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Dispute Resolution:
Handle contractual disputes and claims that may arise during the project.
