We are looking for an IQC and FQC Executive to join our team at Speedofer Components Private Limited. The role involves performing quality inspections of electronic components and finished products to ensure they meet defined standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 and provides an opportunity to work in a precision-focused and growing electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspections on electronic components, raw materials, and purchased parts

• Conduct Final Quality Control (FQC) checks on fully assembled products before dispatch

• Use defined checklists, technical drawings, and specifications to verify product compliance

• Measure product dimensions and electrical parameters using basic instruments (e.g., Calipers, Multimeters, Micrometers)

• Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming or defective parts and components

• Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation for traceability

• Assist the quality team in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics or Electrician Trade

• 0 - 1 years of experience in quality control or electronics inspection preferred

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and testing methods

• Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement instruments

• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical guidelines

• Basic understanding of quality standards and procedures
