RESPONSIBILITY: -

1. Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase

2. Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken.

3. For multi skilling on all QC lines which can be used to reduce & maintain QC WIP (Work in Progress)

4. Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality

5. Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with departmental managers

6. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

7. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

8. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.

9. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

10. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

11. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Graduation 

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in a Quality Department.

• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
