We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at at Twenty Four Secure Services Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage goods, pack orders, and keep record of stocks and storage.
Oversee safety training of material handlers with handling/transporting of hazardous materials.
Identify and dispatch quality goods.
Ensure proper storage of items in the warehouse.
Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
Ensure that all receipts are processed timely.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Obtain and analyse quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and delivery departments.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and purchase records.
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality of supplies.
Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and timely payment processing.
Assist in cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes and deliveries.
Stay informed on market trends, new materials, and supplier innovations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
