Candidate Screening Criteria:
1. ✅ Passed 12th class pass. Should be able to read and write in English.
2. 🏋️ **Willing to spend 1-2 hrs in loading/unloading
3. 🔄 **Open to rotational shifts**
4. 🧹 Sanity - Will be responsible to keep his racks clean
5. 🏠 **Living within 6 km of store location**
6. 🥕 Basic understanding of grocery products
7. 💰 Aware of monthly salary
8. 📄 Carries physical resume copy
9. 👤 Below 35 years of age. Only for Pune and Chennai candidates should be below 30 years.
10. 👔 Properly dressed for interview. No Slippers.
Red Flags - Candidate Should NOT say in interview:
1. ❌ Only looking for part-time work
2. ❌ Want to do only one particular shift
3. ❌ Coming from far away
4. ❌ Will not do loading/unloading work
5. ❌ Will come to work after 2-3 days
6. ❌ Have a graduate degree

Candidates will be eligible for Roster Attendance Bonus if they work on allocated roster
Leave encashment will be given only if candidates takes 4 days leave in a month
PF ESI will be given additionally to the candidate, which will be credited in the candidate PF account.
Night Allowance of upto Rs. 100/- per day is applicable. Max Rs. 1500 per month.
