Locations: Multiple outlets across Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 day off)
Shifts: 8 hours/day; rotating across 3 shifts
Salary: ₹16,327 basic + ₹2,000 attendance bonus + incentives + PF & ESI = 25,000/-CTC

🎯 Role Overview

As a Picker & Packer at Blink It, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting, packaging, and preparing store orders. You’ll also assist with loading and unloading, ensuring store deliveries are efficient and well-organized.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Based on industry-standard picker/packer tasks:

• Pick items from store inventory based on order slips or packing lists

• Use handheld scanners or manual methods to verify SKUs and quantities

• Pack items securely with appropriate packaging and labeling for delivery

• Assist with loading/unloading goods from delivery vehicles

• Inspect products for damage before packing and report any issues Maintain clean, organized packing areas and adhere to safety guidelines

• Track and update inventory records; report stock issues

• Collaborate with store staff and shift supervisors to meet daily targets

📚 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum PUC or any graduate degree

• Physical ability to lift and carry items, and stand for extended periods

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Basic tech literacy with scanners or inventory systems

• Team player with good communication

• Flexible to work across shifts and meet store schedule demands
