Job Title: Picker & Packer – Warehouse Operations (Zepto, Hyderabad)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves based on customer orders.

• Cross-check products with the order list to avoid errors.

• Pack items securely for safe delivery.

• Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and handling of goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines inside the warehouse.

• Assist in managing inventory, stock arrangement, and shelf refilling.

• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.

• Support warehouse team in loading/unloading activities when required.

• Work towards daily targets while ensuring quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (SSC).

• Age: 18 to 30 years.

• Freshers are welcome; prior warehouse/packing experience is a plus.

• Must be physically fit, punctual, and hardworking.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi/Telugu required; English is an added advantage.

Job Details:

• Work location: Hyderabad warehouses (multiple locations available).

• Shift timings: Morning / Evening / Night (rotational).

• Weekly off: 1 day (6 working days per week).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month.

• Additional: Incentives, Attendance Bonus, Overtime Pay, PF & ESI, Night Shift Allowance.
