We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at Aero vista Global Solutions. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Picker/Packer Responsibilities

1. Order Picking

• Accurately pick items according to order forms or electronic scanners.

• Verify item codes, quantities, and descriptions match the order.

• Handle products carefully to avoid damage.

2. Packing

• Pack picked items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.).

• Label packages correctly with shipping and handling information.

• Ensure packing meets quality and safety standards.

3. Inventory Management

• Report low stock levels or discrepancies to supervisors.

• Help with stock replenishment as needed.

• Conduct occasional inventory counts.

4. Quality Control

• Inspect items for defects, damages, or expiration dates before packing.

• Report any issues to the appropriate department.

5. Shipping Preparation

• Prepare packages for shipping, including weighing and labeling.

• Move completed packages to the shipping area.

6. Workplace Maintenance

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards.

7. Teamwork and Communication

• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors.

• Communicate clearly about order issues or delays.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
