Job Description – Packaging Staff

Position: Packaging Staff
Department: Production / Operations
Location: Thukkuguda
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Pack finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.

• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and wrapping of products.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packaging area.

• Inspect products for defects before and during packaging.

• Follow safety protocols and use packaging tools/machines appropriately.

• Handle materials carefully to avoid product damage.

• Assist in loading/unloading of packed goods when required.

• Meet daily/weekly packaging targets as per production schedules.

• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 10th / Intermediate (preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in packaging/production can apply.

• Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene.

• Team player with a positive attitude and discipline.

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
