Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items based on order sheets, pick lists, or handheld scanners.

• Ensure correct product, quantity, batch/lot number, and condition for each order.

• Transport picked items to the packing or dispatch area in an organized manner.

• Maintain order picking accuracy and productivity according to daily targets.

• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking, handling, and movement.

• Adhere to warehouse safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Assist in packing, cycle counts or physical inventory checks as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned picking zones.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th-grade pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in warehousing or logistics preferred (0–2 years).

• Basic understanding of SKUs, product codes, and inventory systems is a plus.
