We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily load movements, fleet utilization, and route planning for our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transportation planning, load optimization, and last-mile delivery execution while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and manage daily load movements to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.

• Optimize route planning to maximize efficiency, reduce transit times, and minimize fuel costs.

• Supervise and coordinate with drivers, loaders, and field staff for smooth operations.

• Monitor vehicle utilization, capacity planning, and fleet scheduling.

• Analyze operational data and provide insights for improving turnaround times and reducing costs.

• Work closely with the CRM, warehouse, and field operations teams for end-to-end coordination.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports on load movements, delivery status, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics/transport operations.

• Strong knowledge of route planning, load optimization, and fleet management.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / TMS (Transport Management Systems) / GPS tracking tools.

• Strong decision-making ability with a focus on timeliness and cost-efficiency.
