Operations Team Leader (MRO Coordination)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• • Lead and coordinate a team of operations executives for smooth workflow and task distribution
• • Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) item requirements raised by industrial clients
• • Take initial prices/quotations from approved vendors and suppliers for electrical and industrial items
• • Liaise directly with Purchase Managers and Electrical Engineers from MNC clients to understand inquiry details
• • Share compiled pricing with the internal sales team to prepare final customer quotes
• • Follow up with vendors for delivery timelines, order confirmation, and negotiate prices when required
• • Maintain internal records for vendor quotes, lead times, and product catalogs
🤝 Coordination Responsibilities:
Serve as a bridge between:
- Client procurement teams (industrial buyers, engineers)
- Vendor/supplier network
- Internal sales and support teams
Ensure timely response to inquiries and support sales in converting inquiries into orders
📋 Skills Required:
• • Good communication and negotiation skills
• • Ability to manage a small team and multitask under deadlines
• • Basic knowledge of electrical/industrial items
• • Proficiency in Excel, email correspondence, and quotation preparation
📚 Qualification & Experience:
• • post Graduate (preferably in commerce, business, or supply chain)
