Job Title: Operations Manager – Employee Transportation Services (Retired Professional)
Operations Oversight:
Supervise day-to-day operations of employee transportation services.
Ensure timely scheduling and routing of vehicles for employee pickups and drops.
Fleet and Vendor Management:
Manage vendor contracts, fleet maintenance, and driver coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Team Supervision:
Lead and mentor drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
Implement training programs for safe driving, punctuality, and professional behavior.
Cost and Efficiency Management:
Monitor fuel consumption, optimize routes, and control operational costs.
Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to transport regulations, RTO norms, and company safety policies.
Oversee incident management and emergency response procedures.
Client & Employee Relations:
Coordinate with HR and administration for employee shift transport requirements.
Address complaints, feedback, and ensure high service satisfaction.
Retired professional (preferably from transport operations, logistics, or administration background).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in fleet management, route optimization, and vendor handling.
Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth, safe, and cost-effective transport operations.
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and transport scheduling software is a plus.
